Fi Hendry is an highly experienced Certified Mat Coach in Edinburgh helping individuals keep strong, flexible and energised at any age.  

Pilates is highly effective for those recovering from injury or illness, suffering lower back pain or want to improve postural alignment, develop form, build deeper muscular strength to stay strong or alleviate symptoms of menopause and feel better every time you move.

Find your body balance, raise your inner awareness,  build entire body strength and remain ageless.

Focus on your practice 1:1  appointments are held at the Dean Tennis Club.

Sessions 1on1 explore how you can move better and are highly recommended for those who want to refresh practice or prefer to prepare for group class. Spend 1 hour with my 100% focus on building your confidence and inner awareness - helping you gain understanding of how pilates increases joint mobility and flexibility, improves postural alignment and strengthens deeper musculature with the aim to start moving more with ease and be ready and prepared for class.
