Fi Hendry is an highly experienced, Certified Mat Coach in Edinburgh helping individuals keep strong, flexible and energised at any age.  

Pilates is highly effective for those recovering from injury or illness, suffering lower back pain or want to improve postural alignment, build deeper muscular strength to stay strong or alleviate symptoms of menopause.

Recommended for those who want to refresh practice or prefer to prepare for group class

1:1 - Private Sessions are held In Person at Dean T.C. or online via zoom.

A focused session is 1 hour with100% concentration on building confidence and inner awareness. Working on how to increase your joint mobility, increase flexibility, strengthen deeper musculature and learn how to move with ease.
