Hi my name is Fi Hendry, welcome to FWH Pilates.
I help individuals of all ages and abilities become stronger, leaner and more flexible.
Following the established principles of Joseph Pilates, I focus on the mind and body connection through movement, to help you dramatically transform the way you look, feel and move and discover the way to remain ageless.
My Personal Pilates Training is the best method to remain strong and fit at any age. I teach Individuals 1:1 and Group classes In Person and via Zoom from my home-studio in Stockbridge, Edinburgh.
I also teach classes at sport clubs across Edinburgh.

Whether you are completely new to pilates or keen to refresh your practice, all you need is a mat and some time to focus on your health and wellbeing. Every session is designed to build strength, reset and balance body and mind. Pilates eases into your lifestyle - a great way to maintain your body, so you stay strong, agile and flexible, all the time.
My aim is to help you invest in your body now, so it looks after you in the future.
